Available shipping destinations, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are processed on business days. After dispatch, we will send the available carrier and tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, peak periods, or local delivery conditions.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@alphacut.co immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
