Refund policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

To request a return, email support@alphacut.co with your order number and the reason for the request. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Returned items must be in the condition received and include the original packaging and accessories. Because this product is intended for oral use, opened or used mouthpieces are not eligible for a change-of-mind return where applicable law permits this hygiene exception.

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with clear photographs so we can review the issue.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Bank processing times vary. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
